Videos aren't playing automatically
- Open the QuickTok app and check the status card. Tap Fix next to anything that isn't green.
- Make sure QuickTok is allowed on tiktok.com: in Safari, open the page menu (AA or ⋯ in the address bar) → QuickTok → Always Allow on This Website.
- Reload the TikTok page.
There's no sound
Safari requires one tap or click on a page before any website can play sound. Tap anywhere once; QuickTok keeps the sound on after that.
Auto-scroll isn't moving on
Auto-scroll is off by default. Turn it on from Safari's page menu → QuickTok. TikTok changes its website often; if Auto-scroll stops working after a TikTok update, let us know and we'll ship a fix.
